By returning a Level 4 Cyberse monster from his GY to his hand, you can Special Summon this card from your hand to a zone that a linked Link monster is pointing to.

As a bonus, since both Transcode Talker and Excode Talker are co-linked with each other, Transcode’s effect increase both its ATK stat and the ATK stat of the monster it’s co-linked to by 500 raising Transcode Talker’s ATK to 3300, and Excode Talker’s ATK to 2800! This wasn’t enough for Yusaku though, as he wants to end the game now! The opponent’s targeted Link monster has its effects negated, while your targeted Link monster gets equipped with this card, and becomes immune to card destruction effects while equipped with it. This still worked in Revolver’s favor though, because, since the monster equipped with Borrel Regenerator was destroyed, he gets to draw card. Thanks to its effect, when a Link monster is Link Summoned to the field, its effect can be activated where it cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effect during this turn.
With it, Metalrokket gets destroyed, but Yusaku’s Restoration Pointguard did not. Since a monster was Summoned to a zone that Link monster is pointing to, Bomber Dragon’s effect to destroy all monsters in the Main Monster Zone activates. With it, he Special Summons back his Metalrokket Dragon, but he Summons it into a zone that Bomber Dragon is pointing to. This spell lets him Special Summon a Rokket monster from his GY and equip this card to it.
